Who we're looking for

Experience in care helps, but it's not essential. We look for people who are patient, reliable, and care about helping others live well.

You'll need the right to work in the UK and to be comfortable working shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Supported Living Worker

Location: Gloucester
Shifts: 08:00–20:00, 7-day rota
Reports to: Service Manager

Support adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives in their own homes, following their support plan and the principles of Person-Centred Active Support. You'll help with personal care, running a home, health appointments and medication, and getting out into the community, and keep accurate records on the QCS portal.
