Our services are based on supporting the individuals we care for to have increased well-being and independence, in everyday life.We strive to deliver effective outcomes and aspire to have community integration. 

We work in collaboration with each person we support, their family, friends, social workers and other stakeholders to create a support plan that is tailored to their needs, wishes and goals.


Our staff receive high quality training to ensure consistency and continuity in the support and care that we provide. Our services are mainly focused on providing support and care to the individuals in a helpful, friendly and considerate manner.

As such we will do the following:
  • Always ensure that there is an appropriate number of staff on duty at all times.
  • Provide staff with the appropriate mandatory training to ensure they are up-to-date with current legislation and regulations and further develop their knowledge and skills.
  • Observe recruitment policies and practises which both respect equal opportunities and protect service users’ safety and welfare.

  • To provide pathways to independent living outcomes through person centred care.  
  • To provide care and support to service users with learning disabilities by taking into consideration of their age, gender, ethnicity, disability and any other circumstances.
  • To provide support to our service users with activities of daily living, however where possible, we will encourage independence.
  • To provide support to our service users so they can take part is socially inclusive activities such as shopping, theatre visits and joining sports club.
  • To ensure that the employees are highly skilled and experienced dealing with different features of learning difficulties e.g. sensory impairment, physical disability, autistic spectrum disorder and complex needs and behaviour described as challenging. 
  • To ensure employees maintain and deliver high quality of standards through their employment. Workforce development is one of our priorities.

Meet the team management

The Registered Manager is responsible for the following:

  • Providing leadership and management to ensure a robust operation and high quality service, whilst safeguarding service users.
  • Create an open, positive and inclusive approach for staff and service users.
  • Ensure service delivery meets the assessed needs of each service user.
  • Ensure effective quality assurance and monitoring system is installed and adhered to.
  • Maintain accurate and proper record keeping as well as financial procedures to safeguard the organisation and service users.
  • Ensure appropriate training, supervision and appraisal of staff is carried out on a timely basis. 
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Act 1974
  • Management & Staff responsibilities
  • To ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with the requirements of our service users. 
  • To ensure that all staff shifts are scheduled promptly, and that continuity of staff is paramount at all times.

  • To ensure successful delivery of this service the management team undertakes to understand what is expected of them and the outcomes that are desired by our service users. The company adopts an outcome-based approach to the service that it delivers.
  • To ensure that all staffs are trained to undertake the roles that are expected of them and that they have the requisite skills to deal with the job required of them.
  • Compliance and Background Checks
  • 101 Healthcare conducts extensive background and compliance checks on all the staff members; all information is held on record and no candidate is able to work without having the required compliance in place.
